You will lead the strategy and development of new AI capabilities for critical-event response workflows from zero to one. You will partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into specifications and deliverable milestones. You will define success metrics, analyze product usage data, and enable go-to-market teams with messaging and training.

Own the Social Intelligence roadmap, deciding what to build, defer, or decline with clear reasoning that stands up to scrutiny. Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones. Use AI tools like Claude and Codex to prototype concepts quickly, pressure-test ideas, and gather customer feedback in days rather than quarters.

Own the monthly revenue close process, including ASC 606 technical accounting and NetSuite ARM. Serve as the primary accounting partner to Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Legal, and Finance. Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memoranda.

Own end-to-end email and campaign execution in Marketo, including QA, segmentation, personalization, and deliverability. Manage marketing operations across Salesforce and Marketo, maintaining data hygiene, lead routing, and campaign infrastructure. Support webinar and event programs, reporting, and AI-driven automation to scale marketing processes.
