Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

About you:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting clinical and operations roles.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn, Lever, and G-Suite products.
