• As a Recruiter at Vynca, you will lead efforts to attract top-tier talent in the healthcare sector.
• You will manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and internal partners.

What you'll do:

• Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class team.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate professionals and healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers.

Your experience & qualifications:

• 3+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience within Healthcare.
• Flexibility to thrive in a changing environment and manage multiple searches.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
