The role requires someone personable, professional, skilled in reviewing medical charts, and dedicated to person-centered care, effectively prioritizing tasks to enhance client engagement and support individuals with complex care requirements.

As a pivotal member of the Business Operations Team, you will provide insights and analysis across our products and services, evaluate potential business opportunities, conduct outcomes studies, and offer critical support to our sales and operations teams.
