Recruiter

About the role:

• You will own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, from kickoff through offer.
• You will drive the top of the hiring funnel by reviewing inbound applicants, sourcing talent, and conducting initial screens.
• You will partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and keep searches moving with clarity.

What you'll do:

• Deliver a high-quality, human-centered candidate experience by communicating clearly and moving efficiently.
• Coordinate and support interviews, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting progress and outcomes to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• You have experience leading structured, equitable hiring practices.
