Recruiter

Overview:

• The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's workforce needs.
• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle and partners with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tools.
