- Partner with hiring managers to execute recruiting plans and provide regular updates.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals, delivering a positive candidate experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
