Position Overview:

  • iRESTORE is seeking a Recruiter to build and lead our in-house recruiting function.
  • This role reports to the Chief of Staff and partners with leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, Growth, Product, and Operations roles.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent quality and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong direct-sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
