Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback from clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates.
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, implement feedback, and keep the recruiting pipeline in mind.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
