What You’ll Do:
- Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams

- Champion the candidate experience from first touch to offer close
You Should Have:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with proven success in scaling environments
- Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with executives
