Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full DVM recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, on-site visits, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Communicate regularly with Regional Directors on hiring needs and active candidate status.
  • Represent Heartland at networking events, career fairs, and conferences with 50-55% travel.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Veterinary, dental, or medical industry experience required.
