Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full DVM recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, on-site visits, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Communicate regularly with Regional Directors on hiring needs and active candidate status.
- Represent Heartland at networking events, career fairs, and conferences with 50-55% travel.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Veterinary, dental, or medical industry experience required.
