Position Purpose:
- Leads all operations activities for assigned practices including P&L management and process improvement.
- Serves as key conduit between practices and Heartland operations, focusing on improving veterinarians' lives.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years in multi-site operations role with a bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in veterinary, medical, or dental multi-site industry; P&L and budget management experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
