The Global Product Line Director – Switchgear will be pivotal in driving our product portfolio expansion of Switchgear Infrastructure products, ensuring market share leadership via organic and inorganic growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. The team will possess a strong background in P&L management, customer relationships, market strategy, pricing strategy and operational excellence, research and development with a keen focus on sustainability and compliance (IEC and UL) with industry standards.

Own the growth, operations, and P&L performance of a portfolio of territories within Honor’s Owned & Operated business. Reporting to the Vice President of O&O, this role focuses on strategy, execution, team leadership, while building scalable operational practices that will serve as a flagship model for the broader Home Instead Network. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a results-driven builder who thrives in ambiguity.

Lead multi-site operations, overseeing dental practices across Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania, ensuring business and clinical excellence. Drive performance through active management of P&Ls, collections, payroll, staffing, expense controls, and patient satisfaction. Support owner-doctors, serving as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. Mentor and manage high-performing office managers and identify operational gaps, implementing solutions that improve efficiency.
