As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to deliver physical security projects at scale, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with client's security needs, while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. You will take full accountability for the operational profit & loss (P&L) and ensure compliance and risk management.

Lead and optimize our customer retention, re-engagement, and support functions across our two-sided marketplace, overseeing the full customer lifecycle, with a focus on maximizing engagement, reducing churn, and driving long-term customer lifetime value. Requires a strategic operator who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment comfortable in deep operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the organization and drive growth, having full ownership of BetterSleep’s P&L and will oversee all aspects of the business, including product, marketing, revenue, growth, and operations, responsible for scaling BetterSleep and enhancing its impact on global users.

Oversee a rapidly growing team, operations, and P&L across 10-25 care centers, manage 3-9 Managers and Directors, while partnering with the Medical Director to support clinicians and care teams. Identify and expand new care center locations, ensuring operational excellence and integrated care delivery.
