About the Role:
- Serve as the operational quarterback for newly opened and transitioning hospitals
- Work alongside Practice Managers, Medical Directors, Regional Leaders, and Central Support teams
- Report to the Regional Vice President, Specialty, Emergency & Urgent Care
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate implementation of workflows, systems, and operational standards
- Partner with recruiting, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and learning & development teams
- Support onboarding, training, and process implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent veterinary operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of veterinary hospital leadership experience
- Strong operational background within Specialty, Emergency, and/or Urgent Care veterinary medicine
