As a UX Researcher at Vetcove, you’ll play a pivotal role in uncovering user insights and transforming them into actionable product specifications that guide design and development. You will lead efforts to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, conduct usability testing, and identify pain points and opportunities across the customer journey. Your work will directly shape the experience of a platform trusted by thousands of veterinary professionals.

As an AI Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating cutting-edge AI models like ChatGPT into existing features to enhance the products' capabilities and deliver a better user experience. You will evaluate and select the most appropriate AI models, fine-tune them for optimal performance, and develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll take ownership of major product areas—designing, building, and improving the tools that help veterinary clinics streamline operations, deliver exceptional patient care, and optimize their supply chains. The systems you create will manage billions of dollars in transactions and empower clinics to focus on their patients. You will be a key member of our engineering team who is responsible for supporting our newest mobile app initiatives.

Vetcove is looking for an experienced and versatile product designer to craft exceptional experiences that empower veterinary clinics to thrive. As a designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the tools that clinics use every day to run their practices, from inventory management to pharmacy workflows and beyond. You’ll own design efforts end-to-end, collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and our founding team along the way.

As the Vet Clinic Implementation Associate at Vetcove you will oversee the end-to-end management of large-scale projects enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes. This client-facing role requires multitasking, organization, and keen attention to detail. Success hinges on effective time management, clear communication and one must manage multiple projects at a time.
