Developer Experience Engineer (Staff Level)

Role Overview:

• Serve as a Staff Engineer to accelerate development velocity across Vetcove.
• Own the tools, infrastructure, and workflows that allow engineers to ship faster.
• Enable non-engineering teams to build their own apps and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rethink the development workflow with AI at every step, from idea to production.
• Build agents and automations for triage, code review, testing, documentation, and releases.
• Introduce new developer tools, experiment with models, and drive adoption across the team.

Qualifications:

• Deep conviction that AI is changing software engineering, with hands-on experience using coding agents.
• Strong fundamentals in designing, shipping, and operating production systems.
• Experience improving CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and internal tooling to boost team productivity.
