The Role:

• We're hiring an engineer to build the infrastructure that lets AI agents do most of our software development.
• You'll work in a software factory where tickets, bugs, and alerts become agent-driven work.

What You'll Own:

• Cloud coding environments and autonomous coding agents.
• Guardrails for data, secrets, and compliance in a regulated industry.
• Feedback loops to improve agent performance and fix root causes.

Who You Are:

• You do 90% or more of your work with AI agents today.
• You have infrastructure depth in AWS, containers, and CI/CD.
• You work well independently in a remote team across US and Prague time zones.
