Senior Software Engineer, AI DevEx

Your Impact:

• Enable autonomous agents to handle much of the software delivery lifecycle, from tickets and bug reports to production alerts.
• Improve pull request cycle time, reduce review delays, and increase the share of work completed with agent assistance.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build the infrastructure, development environments, and CI/CD pipelines that support AI-driven development.
• Integrate and orchestrate coding agents, configure triggers, and connect workflows to Slack, Jira, GitHub, Datadog, and incident management platforms.
• Establish security and governance guardrails to protect data and secrets while enabling human review in a regulated environment.

Your Background:

• At least six years of software engineering experience with infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor for most of your development work.
• Strong AWS experience, practical knowledge of Terraform or AWS CDK, and ability to contribute to TypeScript and Node.js services.
