Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Overview:

• This role sits on the AI Platform team, building autonomous coding agents and a shared AI brain for the company.
• You will design, build and operate production AI agents that pick up Jira tickets, open PRs, and respond to review feedback.
• Success means agents that are measurably useful, cheap to run at scale, and safe to trust with production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build retrieval and context layer: embeddings, semantic search, knowledge-graph modeling, and integration with Snowflake and internal docs.
• Extend our internal MCP server with shared skills, tools and processes that other teams can reuse.
• Harden agents against prompt injection, implement least-privilege access, and instrument tracing for observability.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years professional software development experience, owning production services end to end.
• At least 1 year shipping LLM-powered features to production, including tool calling and structured outputs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby; experience with AWS and CI/CD.
