Create a candidate experience that reflects Seer's values — responsive, human, and transparent.

Process & ATS Management:

Own your requisitions end-to-end in Lever, keeping candidate stages, feedback, and notes up to date.
Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview feedback, and offer strategy.
