What You'll Do:
- Source passive candidates: identify people who are not actively looking, write tailored outreach, and convert them into applicants.
- Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS (Ashby), keeping every candidate moving forward or out within 48 hours.
- Run first-round screens (phone or video) using NORY's structured interview rubric.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
- You can write outreach that gets replies, and you can show us real examples.
- Familiar with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and confident on LinkedIn Recruiter.
