Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain alignment.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, and AI-enabled tools.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or other ATS, and Microsoft 365.
