About the Role:
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and goals.
- Support organizational growth and success through full life cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead kickoff calls directly with hiring manager for all new openings.
- Utilize technology to post jobs, source candidates, and maintain documentation.
- Apply behavioral interviewing techniques and screen candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively.
