  • Lead the creation and execution of sales strategy for assigned hospital customers and Group Purchasing Organizations, managing a team of National Account Directors.
  • Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships and contractual agreements with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPO channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership, field sales, marketing, and enterprise teams to integrate products/services and articulate Hanger's differentiated value proposition in the healthcare market.

$23–$23/hr

  • Work closely with region, area sales and operations leadership, and agency personnel to manage and analyze referral responses.
  • Serve as the lead coordinator of all referrals and maintain accountability for all aspects associated with acceptance and/or response to eReferrals.
  • Communicate regularly with referral sources, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other entities, to provide updates and resolve any pending issues.

  • Design and maintain the logical data architecture for the master Technical Scoping Matrix (TSM)
  • Translate raw and disparate data extracts from multiple legacy network environments into a unified, standardized target-state data model
  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, including duplicate hostnames, inconsistent naming conventions, and structural inconsistencies across datasets
