About the role:
- Full-time Recruiter to source, vet, and hire healthcare talent for at-home diagnostics.
- Own full-cycle recruitment and build clinical and operational teams.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Talent on strategy, reporting, and candidate experience.
- Innovate workflows to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality.
- Run virtual new hire orientation and support onboarding.
Who you are:
- A people person with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Familiar with Lever, Paylocity, Checkr, and Indeed.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and excited about improving healthcare.
