About the Role:
- Mission-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist owning hiring end to end at Canopy Connect.
- Starts as a 3-month contract with the goal of converting to full-time.
What You'll Do:
- Own full recruiting lifecycle for Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing roles.
- Source in-house through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound channels without agencies.
- Run ATS and hiring operations, including reporting and offer workflows.
About You:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup.
- Strong sourcer comfortable filling technical and go-to-market roles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a clear communicator.
