About the Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and R&D, with a focus on GTM roles.
- Act as a talent partner to hiring managers, shaping strategy and keeping searches moving.

- Source and engage passive candidates to build diverse pipelines.
- Manage multiple searches with exceptional organization and clear priorities.
- Use data and market insights to advise stakeholders and improve outcomes.
