The Role:

As our first Executive Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end search for our most senior and hard-to-fill GTM roles.
Partner directly with executives and hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
Build the executive search playbook and decide when to engage external partners.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 4 years in executive or senior-level search.
Proven track record placing GTM and senior talent at B2B SaaS companies.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates without relying on inbound.
