The Role:
- Full-cycle, high-visibility executive search position across all business functions.
- Own Director-level and above hiring, partnering directly with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run searches from intake to signed offer while building consistent, documented processes.
- Source and assess senior passive talent, presenting well-calibrated shortlists.
- Manage offers end to end, including compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of TA experience, with at least 4 years focused on Director-level or executive search.
- Strong direct sourcing, offer negotiation, and closing skills with senior candidates.
