About the Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for approximately 50 US hires per year across the entire business.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and leadership to align hiring priorities and timelines.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience including technical and non-technical roles.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Experience with offer negotiation and working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
