What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake sessions and act as a trusted advisor to align expectations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and keep Greenhouse ATS updated for data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing the complete recruiting funnel in fast-paced startup environments.
• Direct experience with Greenhouse, including requisitions, scorecards, pipelines, and reports.
• A data-driven and collaborative approach to recruiting, with self-motivation to navigate shifting priorities.
