Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, customer success, sales, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build qualified pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.

Pipeline and Reporting:

• Monitor pipeline health and address sourcing gaps, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Keep stakeholders informed with consistent updates and meaningful data.
• Build and maintain Greenhouse dashboards for pipeline, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill.

Systems and Process:

• Own and maintain Greenhouse workflows, templates, and integrations.
• Create and document recruiting processes and standard operating procedures.
• Keep job postings and materials current across all platforms.

Qualifications and Success:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting in SaaS.
• Deep, hands-on Greenhouse expertise and strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• In the first six months, establish strong relationships, develop role clarity, and create pipeline visibility.
