Contract Recruiter

About the Role:

• This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition function and make an immediate impact across a diverse hiring portfolio.
• You will own recruiting processes from initial requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and hire, combining strategic partnership with proactive sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting across open positions in the United States and international markets.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and maintain strong, healthy talent pipelines.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team priorities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are highly desirable.
