Recruiter (Bilingual- English & Spanish)

WHAT’S THE JOB?:

• Report to Workforce Planning & Business Analyst and manage all vacant requisitions for remote services.
• Partner with senior managers and HR to fill pipeline and attract key talent.

YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE:

• Screen candidates via resume review and phone interviews, and conduct recruitment planning with hiring managers.
• Create performance-based interview questions and verify offer details with HR.
• Manage recruitment tracking and use Smart Recruiters for full-cycle candidate management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

• Proven ability to source both active and passive candidates in tight labour markets.
