About the Role:
- We are a growing government contractor seeking a full life cycle Recruiter for our small team.
- This role owns the candidate journey end-to-end, building proactive pipelines.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and job requisitions.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and referrals.
- Screen candidates, manage them through the hiring process, and facilitate offer negotiations.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience with proactive candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines remotely.
- Experience with an ATS; Breezy experience is a plus.
