• Build and nurture pipelines for technical, product, business, and executive roles.
• Craft tailored outreach and candidate communications that reflect MeridianLink’s people-first culture.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule high-volume interviews across departments and time zones with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate all interview stages and types, managing logistics for multiple stakeholders.
• Provide clear communications, confirmations, and timely updates to candidates and interviewers.

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in the ATS.
• Track candidate progression, feedback, and status updates for transparency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
