What You'll Own:

  • Sourcing & LinkedIn Outreach: Run proactive sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, draft personalized outbound messages, and build talent pipelines.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews across time zones, manage confirmations and reschedules, and serve as primary candidate contact.
  • ATS & Pipeline: Maintain candidate data, generate weekly reports, and audit workflows.
  • Candidate Experience: Own the candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding handoff.

Who You Are:

  • 2–5 years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR ops, or executive support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working with senior executives.
  • Tech-fluent in ATS (Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Teams, and PPT.
  • Self-motivated and accountable in a remote-first setting.
