Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary and Duties:

• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions.
• Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and assist with onboarding new hires.

Sourcing & Posting:

• Help draft job postings, manage job boards, and assist with sourcing talent on professional networks.
• Assist and conduct prescreen assessments.

Interview Scheduling:

• Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
