The Client Support Specialist I (CSS I) is an entry level position which provides technical support and customer service to our clients. The CSS I is a member of the Support Team and reports to the Manager, Client Support. The Sr. Software Engineer will design, develop, document, test, deploy, monitor, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications and will participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. They will work on frameworks or algorithms that are used across product lines and create "big picture" architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.
