What You'll Do:
- Source high-signal candidates across multiple functions using LinkedIn Recruiter and passive outreach.
- Manage 8–15 concurrent requisitions end-to-end, preventing pipeline stagnation.
- Synchronize with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain feedback loops.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience owning concurrent searches.
- Hands-on fluency with Ashby or comparable ATS.
- Closer's instinct to read candidate motivation and negotiate offers.
