Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS (Ashby), keeping every candidate moving forward or out within 48 hours.
Run first-round screens (phone or video) using NORY's structured interview rubric.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
Can write outreach that gets replies and show real examples.
Familiar with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and confident on LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation & Schedule:

$27 to $37 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated sourcing track record.
10 to 20 hours per week, fully remote.
Flexible schedule with two non-negotiable weekly touchpoints: a Monday planning sync and a Friday metrics review.
