Role Overview:
- Act as a freelance recruiter for a remote-first software agency.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to post-placement follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
