Key Responsibilities:

  • Source active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future recruitment needs, and conduct market mapping to identify relevant profiles and hiring trends.
  • Evaluate candidate availability, motivation, and interest before submission, and obtain valid Right to Represent authorization.

Requirements:

  • Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries, with strong Boolean search skills and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms, and the ability to quickly identify high-quality candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
