Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, job advertising, interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
• Conduct active sourcing and hunting strategies to identify qualified professionals for different types of positions.
• Coordinate all recruitment stages independently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes across different levels, from operational roles to strategic positions.
• Ability to independently manage complete hiring processes remotely.
• Must be based in Blumenau or the surrounding region.
