Source top technical talent into Xometry and build a talent pipeline for future hiring. Consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include sourcing and recruitment strategy. This position will have responsibility for sourcing non-technical recruiting across Brazil and Argentina, specifically in Sales and Operations. This will be a 2- 3 month contract.
