Play a critical part in fueling our hiring pipeline, partnering closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure we identify and attract the best candidates globally. Build targeted candidate lists and shortlist profiles for Talent Partner’s review, or handle initial outreach for high-priority roles. Draft or update job descriptions and coordinate postings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, DOU, etc.).
