About the role:
- You will run Caliza's hiring from first outreach to first day.
- You will partner with every leader and lay the foundation for people operations as the company grows.
What you'll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across every team, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
- Manage Lever, partner with hiring managers, and source for hard-to-fill roles.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and work with Risk and Compliance on hiring across jurisdictions.
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of in-house recruiting at a high-growth startup.
- Experience hiring across multiple countries, including Latin America, and using an ATS like Lever.
- Ability to run 10+ open roles while keeping candidates informed, with fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
