About the Role:

• Own full-cycle recruitment across Latin America, focusing on customer-facing roles like Customer Support and Onboarding.
• Build and execute hiring strategies in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while managing multiple searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, set evaluation criteria, and maintain momentum.
• Use data and applicant tracking systems to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Who You Are:

• You have 3–5 years of recruiting experience and strong knowledge of Latin American talent markets.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable working across time zones.
• You are proactive, organized, and data-driven in your approach.
