The Talent & Community Specialist role is part of the Global Talent Community team and is responsible for executing programs, procedures, initiatives, and special projects.

Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, and offer negotiation. Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Undertake HRSSC work, including employee onboarding/offboarding and HR system development.

Shape and manage HR and payroll operations for our clients' employees in Taiwan, playing a key role in building and scaling Taiwan operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll disbursements and resolving employee escalations.
