The Custom Recruitment Specialist is responsible for creating and executing a custom recruitment plan on allocated expert network projects, ensuring its successful delivery within the provided budget and timelines. The role involves recruiting healthcare industry professionals and non-clinical stakeholders via active client projects and building out M3’s network of experts on a strategic and proactive basis.

As an Account Executive, you'll maintain regular client contact and act as an ambassador of QQFS. Accountable for client bids, you'll provide excellent service. Clients will seek your advice and trust your judgment. Demonstrating initiative, you'll proactively develop accounts, ensuring timely bid responses and understanding of pricing to provide accurate bids.
